1. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Product Orders

No refunds will be issued once a product has shipped.

An order is considered shipped when it has been transferred to the applicable carrier or fulfillment provider and assigned a shipment or tracking status.

A cancellation request submitted before shipment is not complete until VEYRA MEDS confirms that the order was successfully stopped. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after processing or fulfillment has begun.

Shipping charges, completed services, third-party processing costs, professional-review fees, and other amounts already incurred may be nonrefundable when disclosed before purchase and permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, replacement, or other remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Compromised Deliveries

Do not use any product that appears damaged, opened, contaminated, tampered with, incorrectly labeled, or intended for another person.

Contact info@veyrameds.com promptly and provide:

• Your full name.
• Order number.
• Delivery date.
• A description of the problem.
• Clear photographs of the package and affected items when reasonably requested.

VEYRA MEDS and the applicable fulfillment provider will review the report and determine whether a replacement, reshipment, refund, return, or other action is appropriate or legally required.

Do not discard the packaging or affected items until you receive instructions, unless keeping them would create a safety concern.

Program Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the authenticated account portal, the VEYRA MEDS Contact page, or info@veyrameds.com.

Cancellation applies prospectively after it is processed and does not automatically reverse charges properly incurred before the effective cancellation date.

Canceling a program does not create a right to a refund for a product that has already shipped or a service that has already been completed.

Any minimum commitment, recurring billing schedule, cancellation deadline, or additional nonrefundable amount must be disclosed during enrollment or checkout.

A customer should retain the inquiry reference or written confirmation associated with a cancellation request.

Recurring Billing

When a customer selects recurring billing, VEYRA MEDS will disclose the recurring amount, frequency, duration, and cancellation method before purchase.

Recurring charges require the customer’s express authorization.

Customers are responsible for maintaining an accurate payment method. A failed payment may delay or suspend unpaid services.

Cancellation does not erase an outstanding balance properly incurred before cancellation.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping Availability

Shipping availability may depend on the destination, eligibility, product availability, fulfillment requirements, and applicable law.

VEYRA MEDS does not guarantee that every product or service is available in every jurisdiction.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Any processing or delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Timing may be affected by review requirements, inventory, fulfillment capacity, weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, address errors, legal restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it may be sent to the email address or telephone number associated with the order.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring that someone can receive a time-sensitive delivery when necessary.

Delivery Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

VEYRA MEDS is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or undeliverable address information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Contact support immediately if an address correction is needed. An address change is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

Carrier scans and delivery records may be used to investigate a missing shipment.

VEYRA MEDS may require the customer to confirm the delivery address, check the delivery location, contact the carrier, or provide other reasonable information.

A replacement or refund is not automatic and will depend on the investigation, fulfillment partner requirements, and applicable law.

Temperature-Sensitive or Time-Sensitive Deliveries

Follow all storage, handling, and usage instructions provided with a delivery.

If a shipment arrives late, damaged, warm, frozen, opened, or otherwise compromised, do not assume that it is safe to use. Contact VEYRA MEDS or the appropriate care or fulfillment team for instructions.

Do not make changes to your care plan based solely on shipping delays or general support messages. Consult the appropriate licensed professional regarding care-related questions.

3. WELLNESS AND HEALTH DISCLOSURES

General Information

VEYRA MEDS website content, calculators, assessments, educational materials, graphics, automated responses, and program descriptions are provided for general informational and wellness purposes.

They do not provide a diagnosis or individualized medical advice and are not substitutes for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Medical Questions

Questions involving symptoms, side effects, health conditions, dosing, or changes to a care plan should be directed to your primary care physician or the appropriate licensed professional.

VEYRA MEDS support personnel and automated systems cannot diagnose a condition or recommend that you begin, stop, increase, decrease, or otherwise change a care plan.

Emergencies

VEYRA MEDS does not provide emergency services.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

Do not rely on email, chat, text messaging, a contact form, or an account portal for emergency assistance.

Individual Results

Individual experiences and results vary.

No product, program, assessment, visualization, calculator, testimonial, or example guarantees:

• Eligibility or approval.
• A specific amount or rate of weight change.
• A particular health, appearance, energy, strength, performance, or wellness outcome.
• A particular timeline.
• Permanent results.

Results may be affected by personal health history, consistency, nutrition, activity, sleep, age, environment, professional guidance, and other individual factors.

Health Calculators

VEYRA MEDS calculators provide estimates based on the information entered and commonly used formulas.

Calculator results are not diagnoses and should not be treated as individualized instructions. Consult a qualified professional before making significant health or nutrition decisions.

Product-Specific Disclosures

Any warning, instruction, eligibility limitation, regulatory disclosure, or manufacturer information applicable to a particular product must be displayed with that product or provided before use.

VEYRA MEDS will not apply a blanket FDA disclaimer to products for which that exact disclosure is not legally applicable.

Where a dietary supplement is marketed with a qualifying structure-or-function claim, the legally required FDA disclaimer must appear with the applicable claim in the required form and placement.

4. PROFESSIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Where available, professional evaluations and care decisions are made by the applicable independent licensed professional using their professional judgment.

Submission of an assessment, creation of an account, payment, or receipt of an automated result does not guarantee acceptance, eligibility, or access to any particular care plan, product, or service.

VEYRA MEDS may work with independent professionals, payment processors, laboratories, pharmacies, fulfillment providers, carriers, communication platforms, and other third parties.

Third parties may maintain separate terms, privacy notices, professional obligations, fulfillment rules, and eligibility requirements.

Service availability may change based on professional coverage, jurisdiction, legal requirements, operational readiness, or product availability. VEYRA MEDS will not represent an unavailable service as active.

5. AFFILIATE AND COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE

VEYRA MEDS operates a partner program through which eligible participants may receive compensation for qualifying referrals.

The current program may include recurring commission tiers ranging from 5% to 20%, subject to the applicable Partner Agreement, qualification requirements, collected customer payments, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and program rules.

A $25 Fast Start Bonus may be available only for qualifying customers who enroll at Founding Member pricing and satisfy the applicable program requirements.

The Fast Start Bonus is not payable for every referral, click, lead, inquiry, or nonqualifying enrollment.

No Income Guarantee

Participation does not guarantee income, profit, commissions, referrals, customers, or business success.

Actual earnings depend on individual effort, eligible activity, customer payments, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, compliance, and other factors.

Examples, projections, recognition levels, and illustrations are not promises of what a participant will earn.

Required Partner Disclosures

Partners must clearly disclose their financial relationship with VEYRA MEDS when promoting the company, its programs, or its services.

The disclosure must be easy to notice, easy to understand, and placed near the recommendation or link.

Acceptable examples may include:

• “I may earn a commission if you enroll through my link.”
• “Paid VEYRA MEDS partner.”
• “Sponsored by VEYRA MEDS.”

A disclosure hidden in a profile, hashtag group, footer, collapsed section, or separate page may be insufficient.

Partners may not:

• Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated health claims.
• Guarantee outcomes or income.
• Present themselves as healthcare professionals unless properly licensed and acting within their authorized role.
• Provide individualized medical advice on behalf of VEYRA MEDS.
• Use fabricated reviews, testimonials, before-and-after results, or customer identities.
• Advertise unauthorized prices, discounts, bonuses, or program terms.
• Alter the official VEYRA MEDS logo or misrepresent brand ownership.

All participation remains subject to the final Partner Agreement.

6. COMPLIMENTARY AND DISCOUNTED ACCESS

VEYRA MEDS may occasionally provide complimentary, promotional, reduced-price, scholarship, beta, employee, partner, or testing access.

Receiving complimentary or discounted access does not guarantee continued access, future discounts, eligibility, approval, a particular result, or the same terms offered to paying customers.

When a review, testimonial, endorsement, or public statement comes from someone who received complimentary or discounted access, that relationship must be clearly disclosed where the statement appears.

Discounts and promotions may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, quantity limits, and other restrictions disclosed with the offer.

Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively.

7. TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS, AND ENDORSEMENTS

Testimonials and reviews must reflect the honest opinions and genuine experiences of identifiable users.

VEYRA MEDS does not authorize:

• Fake or AI-generated customer reviews presented as real.
• Reviews from people who did not use the applicable service.
• Material alteration of a review’s meaning.
• Suppression of honest negative reviews.
• Payment conditioned on expressing a positive opinion.
• Use of a person’s image, statement, or results without appropriate permission.

A testimonial describing a specific result does not establish what another person will experience.

“Results may vary” does not permit an otherwise misleading or unsupported claim. Specific outcome claims must have appropriate support and any required information about generally expected results must appear clearly with the claim.

Any material connection—including payment, free access, discounts, gifts, employment, ownership, family relationships, or affiliate compensation—must be clearly disclosed.

8. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND VISUALIZATION DISCLOSURE

VEYRA MEDS may offer AI-assisted tools or visualizations for educational, engagement, or illustrative purposes.

An AI visualization is not a photograph of a guaranteed future result, medical diagnosis, professional evaluation, or promise of outcome.

Images labeled “AI Visualization” may be generated or modified using artificial intelligence.

Users should not rely on AI output to make medical, financial, legal, or emergency decisions.

VEYRA MEDS may review, restrict, or discontinue AI features to address accuracy, safety, privacy, bias, technical, or legal concerns.

9. FOUNDING MEMBER AND PROMOTIONAL PRICING

Founding Member pricing is a limited promotional offer subject to the eligibility, enrollment period, program, payment status, and other terms displayed with the offer.

Founding Member pricing is not guaranteed indefinitely unless the applicable checkout terms expressly state otherwise.

Failure to complete enrollment, a failed payment, cancellation, expiration, or change to a selected program may affect promotional eligibility.

Any crossed-out, comparison, retail, or savings price must reflect a genuine and supportable pricing basis. VEYRA MEDS will not display fabricated reference prices or unsupported savings claims.

The $25 Fast Start Bonus applies only to qualifying Founding Member enrollments under the Partner Program rules.

10. COMMUNICATIONS DISCLOSURE

Email

Users may receive administrative, security, account, billing, support, and service-related email communications.

Marketing emails will include an available unsubscribe method as required by law.

SMS

Where SMS is offered, consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase unless expressly stated and legally permitted.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of promotional text messages. Reply START to resubscribe where supported. Reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of marketing text messages does not prevent essential account, security, or service communications through other appropriate channels.

Support Channels

Automated acknowledgments confirm receipt only. They do not confirm eligibility, approve a refund, complete a cancellation, establish shipment status, or provide individualized medical advice.

Medical concerns may be flagged for human review and receive an approved safety response.

Emergency-language messages may receive an immediate instruction to call 911, but VEYRA MEDS support channels are not emergency-monitoring services.

11. CHANGES TO THESE POLICIES

VEYRA MEDS may update these Policies & Disclosures to reflect changes in services, programs, vendors, operations, or applicable requirements.

The revised page will display an updated “Last Updated” date.

Where legally required, VEYRA MEDS will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change applies.
